The Oswaldtwistle Onwards Vets team is made up of a number of currently serving Armed Forces personnel and military veterans, men and women who understand service, sacrifice and the importance of remembering those who came before us.
When they heard about our plans for the Tinker & Budget War Mural Project, they didn’t hesitate to get involved and support the cause.
The mural will stand as a lasting tribute to our town’s military heritage, the people who served, and the generations whose stories deserve to be remembered.

This wasn’t just a pub crawl.
It was a celebration of everything that makes Oswaldtwistle special – our pubs, our people and our community spirit.
